Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

     

    Returns and Refunds

      We do not accept the return of products.

      Customers will be able to keep the product and still have the right to apply for a full refund within 30 days (We will not take the product back, even if your refund is approved). Just contact us at support@cozylux.com to apply for a refund.

      You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:                        

      • Quality Issues happened to our product
      • Wrong items were sent
      • The product is not as expected
      • Accidentally bought the wrong color or size
      • Never received the product

      We will notify you of the decision of your request to refund by e-mail. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days. 

       

      Late or Missing Refund

        We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request to refund. You will typically receive your refund within 8-10 business days.

        If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional times to process refunds.
